The biggest trend in makeup right now has to be achieving the perfectly sculpted face. When you walk into Sephora you are greeted with a large display of all the latest contour palettes and kits. And unless you are beauty guru or a rockstar at makeup, this concept (and products) can be overwhelming! I will be the first one to admit that I learned how to contour from practice and my favorite YouTubers. Now that I sculpt my face every time I wear, I like to pass on my knowledge to others. My best friend is my latest “student” who is trying to work her way through all of this contour business. While I am teaching her how to blend and choose a color for her skin tone, she has taught me that not every face needs the same shadows and highlights.
My beautiful friend has a round face. I inherited my grandpa’s square jawline. She and hopefully a lot of other women out there will find this cheat sheet helpful when navigating. the contour craze.
So lets begin!
