You need to add some romance in your life and these Gucci dupes! If you follow any of the top fashion bloggers, you have most likely seen the Gucci Marmont loafers. Now I don’t have $700 to spend on a pair of shoes, who is kidding, I don’t have $70 to spend on shoes. So when I saw these Marc Fisher beauties at DSW (and on sale!) I had to grab them. They are simple enough to go with pretty much everything while having the details to elevate jeans and a t-shirt.
When I saw these shoes I instantly thought of the Victorian era. To play up that look, I actually layered an off-the-shoulder top and tiered dress. It is such a romantic and unique look that is perfect to transition from winter to spring.
Don’t own an off-the shoulder top or tiered dress? Look in your wardrobe for anything with ruffles! Ruffles in soft muted tones instantly scream romance and will look great accented with a detailed loafer. Another look I love is a bright floral patterned sheath dress, think grandma vibes. Not only will you look very spring-y but sticking with the romantic theme, florals are naturally a girly pattern.
For a more casual look, a good go-to is the classic jeans and a t-shirt. For my look, I added a touch of edge to contrast the feminine look of these shoes.
I hope you find shoe love and some romance in your closet!
